More Fisting questions... keep 'em coming!

Will there be music?
Oh yes, as everyone knows, The Big Lebowski movie score contains wonderfully varied music and all of it will be played throughout the day. On the bike ride we’ll be jamming to the sounds provided by “25 Pounds of Sounds” and at the bowling alley we’ll have a special “Lebowski Fist” soundtrack piped in while we bowl.

Will you play The Eagles?
I hate the f*cking Eagles, man.

Why Lebowski?
Sometimes there's a man who, wal, he's the man for his time'n place, he fits right in there--and that's the Dude.

Absolutely. Costumes are encouraged!

I can't make the 3pm bike ride; can I just show up for the bowling?
Of course. A cyclist can hook up with us at any point.

What is "Ringer Toss" and "Knock out the Nihilist"?
You’ll have to be there.

How’s the Pizza at Wooley Bully’s?
Okay, so it's not as good as the In-N-Out Burger, but it is most certainly the best and most creative pizza in the Beaver Valley. All fresh ingredients and a dough to die for. That's right, I'd die for Victor's Pie. You won’t want to miss it.

Will there be sarsaparilla?
Yes, there will be a limited supply. But there will be an unlimited supply of white Russians and oat sodas.

Gee, a full day of imbibing, I’m not sure I want to drive home that late. Is there someplace I can stay?
Yes, bring a sleeping bag, or just a rug. Some of us will be crashing in the bowling alley and leaving in the morning.

Where is Beaver Valley Bowl?
It's located at:
25 New York Ave, Rochester, PA
(724) 774-3500‎

How long is the bicycle ride?
About 9 pretty easy miles, round trip. The ride takes place in the Ohio and Beaver River valleys, so there isn't much elevation gain. See the detail Google Map here… http://tinyurl.com/6c3582

Any type bike will do?
Yep. It's all roads, so even a cruiser bike can make the trip.

Why is it called “Fist”?
We had originally called it a “Fest” We were asked by the originators of the “Lebowski Fest”
http://lebowskifest.com/ to call it something else, that’s their name Dude.

Okay, but why is it called “Fist”?
Well, it's kind of close to "fest" and the fist actually plays a significant role in the movie. The old man's fist pounding the desk - “My wife is not the issue here!”. Marty’s fist pump outside the Dudes bungalow - “Just slip the rent under my door”. Walter punching the nihilist - “anti-semite!”. Another fist pound in the coffee shop - "forget about the f*cking toe!" And of course, Quintana’s black gloved fist after his opening strike and dance. In fact, the word “fist” shows up 3 times in the movie script.

What happens if it rains?
We’ll get wet.

Why are you doing this?
The BABE abides.
